SHIPPING POLICY

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Any orders outside Europe will use international shipping methods. International transit time displayed on the website or via tracking information is only an estimate and may incur delays due to the destination’s customs processing.

The customer is responsible for any and all customs, duties, taxes, brokerage or handling fees. These import fees are not included in your order total and are at the discretion of your country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend you check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to making your purchase.

All prices and transactions on this website are in Euro. You may be assessed currency conversion or other fees associated with this transaction by your bank or credit card issuer if your card’s currency is other than Euro.

Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold are 230v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

COUNTRY RESTRICTIONS
Pursuant to country laws, certain products on our website are unable to be sold or shipped to specific countries. Please email us at sales@shavita.com  for more information.

DISCREET SHIPPING
To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind.

RISK OF LOSS AND SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier. Products will be shipped to the address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with any shipping restrictions contained on the website. The time and location of delivery of the products to you is at the discretion of the carrier.

RETURN POLICY

Before placing an order, we recommend carefully researching the product(s) you intend to purchase. Our Account Manager is available by phone and email to offer product-specific recommendations to meet the demands of your customer base. Our return policy is listed below; please read thoroughly. ORDERS RETURNED FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDIT DUE TO INABILITY TO SELL
Any/all items purchased from Shavita must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

1) Item(s) must be sealed within the original packaging and in brand-new condition
2) No discontinued items / used items
3) All parts and accessories must be included
4) Price stickers and sticker residue need to be completely removed
5) Purchase date must not be older than 4 weeks.

ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO DOA 
Any/all items purchased from Shavita which are found damaged on arrival (DOA) must meet the following requirements to be eligible for an exchange:

1) Item(s) must be unused and in original condition
2) All used items must go through normal end consumer warranty process through manufacturer

Make sure to inform your account manager or email us at sales@shavita.com within 2 business days.

Note: All returned items must include an associated Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by contacting your Account Manager via email or by phone at +31 (0)204 707 744

We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. Once we receive your RA, we will contact you via email with further details. You may expect your return to process within 10-14 business days from the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met. Items must be received before replacements are shipped or credits/refunds are applied Shavita reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

FOREIGN COUNTRY RETURN POLICY 
Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.

NOTICE: Shavita reserves the right to amend this Shipping & Return Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. Also, Shavita and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason.
